H.DM. ( HATERS DON'T MATTER )
MUSIC HISTORY
H.D.M (Harlem Dangerous Minds) is a rap group that originated in the summer of 1995 in Harlem. The founding members include recording artists Screwface, E-Marvelous, and DJ Mc Boo.
H.D.M. gained recognition with their Harlem anthem "Uptown Anthem," featuring Sal-O aka Master Solomon. Master Solomon, also known as Sal, later joined the group.
Together, they produced hits such as "Piece of the Pie," "What You Looking For," "Candy," and "Feeling It," with their biggest underground hit being "I Need Money."
H.D.M. also collaborated with platinum producer D-Nice.
Screwface began his musical journey by learning from mega hip-hop star A-Plus of the multi-platinum-selling group Wreck-n-Effect. He further honed his skills under A Sharp and Nutta Butta of Posse Deep, mastering word flow, delivery, and style development.
In 2024, H.D.M., formerly known as Harlem Dangerous Minds, rebranded as Hater's Don’t Matter.
